Dr. Heath GallentineChiropractor/Owner
Hi, I'm Dr. Heath Gallentine and I thank you for visiting our website. I knew at a young age that I wanted to become a Chiropractor. My mom would take me to get Chiropractic treatment and I knew that I wanted to help people like he was helping me.
I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, where I graduated in 2003. I opened Lexington Family Chiropractic in 2005 with a mission of helping people get out of pain as quickly as possible, as well as treating them with respect and kindness. I want to work hard to help them get back to doing the things they love.
No one should have to live with back pain, neck pain, or headaches. Low back pain is the second most common reason people go to the doctor. I am passionate about doing everything I can to make sure that each client leaves feeling better than they walked in. There is no greater gratification to know that I can improve someone's quality of life because of what I do.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our son and daughter, and our 3 dogs. I am an avid outdoorsman, and enjoy hunting and fishing.
I look forward to meeting you, so that we can get a plan to get you out of pain fast and get you back to enjoying life!

Having grown up in a chiropractic family I was always intrigued by the stories my father shared at the dinner table after a long day of treating patients. My three siblings and I received regular chiropractic adjustments since the day we were born and by the time I got to high school I started to job shadow my father in his clinic. Dad has been in private practice since 1976 and I learned quite a bit before even going to college which really helped fuel the desire to help people. It didn’t take long for me to decide that chiropractic was a fantastic way to help patients heal naturally without medication so they could get back to normal function.
In 2004 I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. I practiced in Wisconsin from 2004-2008, Connecticut from 2009-2016 and have been in Kentucky since 2016. Learning from a multitude of doctors from many different disciplines and techniques has given me a well-rounded approach to helping patients.
I finally joined Lexington Family Chiropractic in May of 2020 and it’s been true pleasure working with such a fantastic team!
Outside of the office I enjoy the outdoors and spending quality time with my wife Fonta, our son Dakota and our cat named Slice.
It’s an honor and privilege to be given the opportunity to serve patients in the Lexington community and I look forward to many more years of practice.
